HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Packages should reach your letterboxes within a week after order has been confirmed. A tracking number will also be sent to you once the order has been fulfilled.

If need be, you can drop us a message at snugglystudio@gmail.com and we'll provide further assistance on the whereabouts of your package.

MY PACKAGE IS LOST!

After the package is handed over to our delivery partners, the responsibility lies with them.

Snuggly Studio is not liable for lost parcels if substantial proof of delivery is provided. In the event of lost packages, reports will be filed with our delivery partners, and we will make efforts to assist you in recovering your orders and pursuing compensation claims on a case-by-case basis.

I WROTE THE WRONG ADDRESS

If an order is placed with an incorrect address but can still be delivered to an existing address, we cannot guarantee retrieval of the parcel.

For international orders with inaccurate addresses, the return process might take several months after a failed delivery.

It is crucial to input accurate address details and contact information to avoid issues. Orders with incorrect information may lead to unsuccessful or delayed deliveries.

Redelivery costs will be borne by the customer.
