Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy Guidelines
We offer a 7-day return policy starting from the day your order is delivered to your doorstep. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at snugglystudio@gmail.com with your order number. Please note that return/exchange requests via DM are not accepted to avoid any miscommunication. Kindly allow 2-5 business days for a response.
- Once your return request is approved, please ship the items back to us within 7 days.
- All returned items undergo a multi-step check-in process, which typically takes 1-2 business days after we receive your return package.
- All returns and exchanges are subjected to product availability. If an item is out of stock we will issue a full refund of the product.
- We offer 2 methods of exchange, do read the "methods of exchange" for more information
For us to process your refund, we must verify the following:
- The items are returned in original packaging, including any additional gifts. Missing items will result in a deduction from your refund.
- The item is in original condition, free from odors, stains, or marks.
- Once the return meets our policy, we will issue a refund for the item price (excluding original shipping fees). Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
- If the item does not meet our return criteria, we will contact you via email with options to either return the item to you or deduct a cleaning fee from your refund.
- For meetup exchanges, the item will be inspected on-site, and we’ll provide you with the requested size immediately.
- We want you to love your pieces, so we offer free exchanges within Singapore to ensure you find the perfect size.
Defective Items
All goods undergo additional steps of quality control before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or defective product, please e-mail us at snugglystudio@gmail.com with a clear picture of the damage within 7 business days after you receive your purchase.
All returns and exchanges are subjected to product availability. If an item is out of stock we will issue a full refund of the product.
The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- All measurements may vary by 0.5" to 1.5".
- As our silkscreen printed tees are handmade and manually printed, slight print bleeds or imperfections may occur.
- Our tees are sewn individually from scratch, and some loose or accumulated threads may appear. This is not considered a defect, as it does not affect the wearability of the tee. You may trim any threads if they are uncomfortable.
- Items intentionally damaged to qualify for a return.
- Defects that occur after washing, ironing, or handling by the customer, such as outstretched collars after wear etc.
- Items that have been washed, worn, or handled.
- This includes any orders that used discount or promo codes.
Methods of exchange
We offer two exchange methods:
- You can return the item via Singpost ($2), and we will reimburse the cost through PayNow. Please note that exchanges will only be processed once the returned item is received and confirmed according to our return policy.
- We offer in-person exchanges at Ion (Mon-Fri, 6:45 PM). The item will be inspected on-site, and we’ll provide you with the requested size immediately.
